Focusing on the texture of our body--parts and whole-- based on the fundamental approach of CI. Through touching, giving weight and responding to each other, looking for the direct and efficient application of the texture=physical awareness. Exploring the organic connection between visible/physical and invisible yet tangible flow of energy. This work shop may answer the common question of "How to improve in CI?".
By awaking our sense through texture , one may find her/him self to "Be in touch=contact" and "Be in the moment=improvisation".
